In a land of dreams and wishes bright,
A little princess felt sad at night.
She longed for joy but couldn’t find,
Her heart was troubled, her mind confined.
A kind friend gave her a flower fair,
Its scent brought happiness beyond compare.
Morning, noon, and night she’d smell,
Thinking it held a magical spell.
But one day the flower dried away,
Her heart grew heavy, her skies turned gray.
She felt lost, without her cure,
Her sadness deepened, hard to endure.
The king, worried for his little girl,
Called a wise sage to help her world.
"Why depend on a flower's charm?"Asked the sage with a gentle calm.
“I’ll give you magic from within,
A power strong, where joy begins.”
He placed his hand upon her head,
Whispered words of hope instead.
"Inside you now, the magic stays,
Take care of it in all your ways.
Nurture this gift like you did before,And happiness will be yours evermore."
With new strength, she found her light,
Her spirit soared to joyful heights.
The sage returned with a knowing smile,
“The magic's in you all the while.
Your willpower is the strongest key,
To unlock the joy that sets you free.”
The princess bloomed like flowers in spring,
Finding the magic she could always bring
